Am inceput procesul de coaching impreuna cu Sorel, intr-un moment in care aveam nevoie sa imi gestionez mai bine viata profesionala si timpul alocat acesteia. Am aflat repede ca nevoia mea era de armonizare in general, in viata mea.In aceasta calatorie, provocarile lansate de catre Sorel m-au ajutat sa ma redescopar si sa invat cum sa evoluez constant Cel mai mult mi-a placut modul si determinarea cu care Sorel a reusit sa ma conduca spre un rezultat, o noua achizitie, la fiecare intrevedere. Nu a fost usor, dar, cu siguranta, ar fi fost mult mai greu sa raman in zona de confort. Rezultatul acestui proces este uimitor, pentru ca, atata timp cat am fost in proces, nu stiam cand se va incheia si cum va fi atunci. Am perceput cu adevarat schimbarea destul de brusc si am constientizat ca am castigat claritate, prezenta si o disciplina care ma ajuta sa ma focusez pe obiectivele propuse. Voi reveni cu incredere, la urmatoarea mare provocare pe care mi-o voi propune.
